Review: Karma Organic Exfoliating Scrub

Hey girls! Today I will be reviewing the Karma Organic Exfoliating Scrub. It retails for $16 off of their website (link in the side bar). This scrub is a sugar based scrub which is concocted of organic sugar and moisturizing oils. When you actually open it (as seen in the picture below), it looks like tons of sugar in a huge pool of oil. I forgot to mix it up so in my first couple of uses, I got tons of oil content. Afterwards though, it was the perfect consistency to use normally. Keep reading to see my full review on this scrub!

Pro(s):
-It exfoliates really nicely and leaves your skin non-greasy and very soft.
-It comes in 3 different scents (geranium, lavender, rosemary).
-They are organic made of coconut oil, almond oil, and rice brand oil.

Con(s):
-Some people might be bothered by digging their hands in a pool of oil and sugar.
-If you cannot afford it, sugar and baby oil will work.

Overall review: I really liked this scrub. I used it before waxing and after waxing and I haven’t gotten any ingrown hairs. All you have to do is rinse it off with soap and water or else your skin will feel too oily. It’s good for dry skin and it’s not abrasive at all. This is best for your body as in legs and arms since it will feel too oily on your face. If you cannot be set back $16 then I suggest opting out for baby oil and sugar. I hope all of you enjoyed this review. Enjoy!

Rating: 9/10

Is it recommended by Vicky? : Yes, but if you can’t afford to be set back $16 then sugar and baby oil will work just fine.

Review: Karma Organic Spa Body Lotion

Hey girls! Today I’ll be reviewing the Karma Organic Spa Lotion for hands and feet. This is for father’s day since I gave it to my dad and it’s a very appropriate gift for fathers since it doesn’t look too feminine. It comes in a small tub with 4 oz. of product for $20 at karmaorganicspa.com. It comes in a variety of different scents, but I have the Geranium one. Keep reading to see my review on this product!

Pro(s):
-Very thin consistency!
-Moisturizing and absorbs in really fast.
-Very lightweight and a little goes a long way!

Con(s):
-Heavy organic scent which may bother people with sensitive noses.
-Doesn't have SPF.
-Tub packaging isn't the best!

Overall review: I just love this product except for its scent. It’s very disturbing but they have other scents like peppermint and lavender. They’re supposed to be aromatherapy and I think that if you used the lavender one before you went to sleep you will feel relaxed. The consistency is really thin and when my dad first opened it, he wasn’t careful and it spilled all over. They should have it in a squeeze tube bottle. My dad really likes the organic scent, but it bothered my nose. Its best for summer since its lightweight, but I hope it had SPF. Thanks for reading and I hope you all enjoyed!

Rating: 7/10

Is it recommended by Vicky? : Yes, but remember to get a scent you like, not just any random scent!

Review: Karma Organic Spa Nail Polish

Hey girls! Today I’ll be reviewing the Karma Organic Spa Nail Polishes. The shades I have them are in 2 Deep Red and 87 Café Au Lait. 2 Deep Red is a true red. This stuff is even in about two-three coats and it’s a crème. 87 Café Au Lait is shimmery beige/champagne color with shimmer. I think this is a frost shade. This retails for $9.99 from karmaorganicspa.com. Keep reading to see my thoughts on this product!

Pro(s):
-Very pigmented since it’s even in two-three coats.
-It doesn’t have a very thick consistency or too runny consistency.
-It formulated without the three “bad ingredients” which are DBP, formaldehyde, and toluene.

Con(s):
-Doesn’t dry very fast.

Overall review: I love these polishes. They aren’t the most expensive polishes, but they aren’t the cheapest either. Their consistency is perfect in my opinion. It doesn’t streak at all. It goes on evenly without leaving bald spots on the nail beds. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t dry super fast because of its consistency. I hope all of you enjoyed this review and more will be coming soon!

Rating: 9.5/10

Is it VICKY approved? : Yes, I definitely recommend this for the summertime.

Review: Karma Organic Spa Organic Nail Polish Remover

Hey girls! Today I’ll be reviewing the Karma Organic Nail Polish remover. It retails for $12 from karmaorganicspa.com. They are the first people to have nail polish remover with a soy mixture. Their removers are also made of farm crops thus supporting American farmers. Keep reading to see my thoughts on this product!

Pro(s):
-It doesn’t have
-It takes of my polish fast and efficiently.
-Its organic and the container (glass bottle) it’s packaged in is 100% recycled and it’s biodegradable. It doesn’t have harmful acetone or alcohol.

Con(s):
-None found.

Overall review: I love this nail polish remover. It doesn’t contain acetone or alcohol which can go into your blood stream and eat away at your liver. It’s organic and unscented which I like. When I remove my polish, it feels like I’m removing my nail polish with oil. It has vitamin E oil which doesn’t leave your nails dried out and peeled looking after you remove your polish. It doesn’t leave any residue around your cuticles of your polish and

Rating: 10/10 :)

Is it VICKY approved? : Yes, it’s the best nail polish remover I’ve ever used.
