Hey girls! So today I will be reviewing yet another unique product. It’s the DuWop Iced Tea lip treatment. Basically they’re these lip treatments that come in a variety of tints and they all taste and smell like iced tea mixed with mint. I have the white peach iced tea and it retails for $19. You can buy it off of DuWop’s site as well as in Sephora stores and their website. I think it’s definitely worth praise and you probably will too after reading my review!
Pro(s):
-Very sanitary in stick form and tastes good.
-Very moisturizing and good to use as a base for any lip product.
-It smoothes out the lines on my lips and the scent isn’t too heavy or disturbing.
Con(s):
-None found while the testing of this product was conducted!
Overall review: I absolutely love this product. I don’t understand why DuWop doesn’t get enough recognition for their products. Well, I can safely say that this product is worth buying. It’s a lip treatment that tastes good, smells good, and moisturizes well. I think that anyone looking for a good lip primer will like this. Even though it’s not officially a lip primer, it’s just as good. When used on its own you get a nice glossy finish. I hope all of you enjoy my review and thanks for reading!
Rating: 10/10 :)
Is it recommended by Vicky? : Yup, if you’re willing to shell out $19 for a good lip treatment.

Review: DuWop Twilight Venom Blush
Hey girls! So as I told all of you, I saw Vampires Suck last Saturday and this Edward had more of a subtle bright lip. I’m assuming he was using the DuWop Twilight Venom Blush. It’s a more subtle version of the DuWop Twilight Venom which is a shocking red shade. This one released in the end of June 2010 and is available at Sephora stores and Sephora’s website as well as DuWop’s site. It retails for $16 for .1 oz. of product. It also has a doe foot applicator. Keep reading to see my thoughts on this product!
Pro(s):
-It doesn’t sting and subtly plumps your lips.
-It doesn’t look as bright as red; it looks more like a hot pink.
-Its shimmery, not completely matte which I like and the payoff is great since it lasts for approximately 8 hours.
-The stain is not that drying and is really pigmented.
Con(s):
-None found while the testing of this product was conducted!
Overall review: I’ve work this every day since I got it and I’ve got to say that it was amazing. I really like it. Since I don’t use many lip stains this one really wowed me. It’s a bit pricy, but it’s not a problem because if you save up for it and make good use for it then it’s really worth the $16. If you don’t want it for plumping purposes then it’s a good product. It doesn’t plump much so I don’t think it will be that helpful for those purposes. The size of it is small so you might want to use it sparingly. I hope all of you enjoyed this review!
Rating: 10/10 :)
Is it recommended by Vicky? : Yes; for long lasting color you will really want to get this.

Review: DuWop Private Nude and Private Plum Lipsticks
Hey girls! So you all know that we’re transitioning from Summer to Fall and we have different fall trends like nude lips and dramatic eyes or luminous neutral skin and dramatic lips. I think that’s why it’s the perfect time for DuWop to add to their private lipstick collection. Last year, their famous Private Red lipstick launched and for fall 2010, they’re launching another two shades in their line. Those two shades are called Private Nude and Private Plum. They will retail for $22 each and will be available in September 2010 at Sephora stores and Sephora’s site. Keep reading to see what I think about this product!
Pro(s):
-It’s moisturizing and leaves a nice stain.
-It glides on like butter and stays for a total of 6-7 hours.
-It’s really opaque in one coat and it stays on for 2 hours and after that it’s just a nice stain.
Con(s):
-It does dry my lips a bit, but it’s nothing that lip balm can’t fix.
Overall review: For some reason I think that DuWop doesn’t get enough recognition because their lipsticks are amazing. The thing with a matte or moisturizing lipstick is that it stays on like a balm, but what if you can find a lipstick that transforms from a lipstick to a stain without the cracked lips feel. I think if you like moisturizing lipsticks with a stain, this is perfect. The only thing is that the shade range is a bit limited. Last year, there was only one shade and this year they are introducing two more. These lipsticks claim to be shade adjusting, but I didn’t notice anything like that. I just noticed that the nude shade didn’t wash me out and make me look like a ghost. Also, they plum shade doesn’t look old-lady like on me which is sort of adjusting. Thanks to Jenna for requesting this review and I hope all of you enjoyed this review!
